Different ointments and lotions for curing ringworms can be seen on the market. However, it may cost a lot of money. In fact, some people tend to buy these products in order to cure it but fortunately, there is no result.
Perhaps you misdiagnosed it as ringworm. It could be another type of skin disease not caused by fungi or any other bacteria. 3. Vitiligo – The same redness, patchy scales and ringworm shape are its features that are commonly mistaken for ringworms.
4. Saborrheic – Dermatitis. This is a chronic skin disease with redness and inflammation in the infected part of your body.
5. Allergy – Some allergies are also mistaken as ringworm for they have the same type of redness, patches and symptoms too.
Ringworm treatment is different from treatment of these other diseases. If you made wrong medications, it may lead to a more serious health problem.
